The honest line — for the series as a whole

(1) This series does not support \(c\cdot t=\)const. Episode 3 concluded that it is a notation and not a model, and the previous series' verdict (extrapolated at face value to the early universe it contradicts nucleosynthesis) has never moved — what 50 episodes examined was "brevity", not "correctness". The academic standard is the \(\Lambda\)CDM model including inflation, together with unmodified general relativity.

(2) Nearly all the physics presented here is established, standard material. Conformal transformations, the renormalisation group, black hole thermodynamics, quantum anomalies, the standard model of cosmology — none of it is a new claim. By contrast, "good theories have already had the surgery" (Ep. 36), "the place where the tool breaks moves" (Ep. 38), "it touches exactly half" (Ep. 45) and "there are four kinds of door" (Ep. 49) are readings this series found by laying things side by side, not textbook claims.

(3) Every count here is arbitrary in how it counts. "Nine theories", "eight places", "sixteen doors", "six tools" — all of them move with how you divide things up (Ep. 46 caveat 3, Ep. 49 caveat 1). The substance is the structure, not the count.

(4) The bit only shows that things can be written in one currency. Surprise, headroom, shortfall, gain, description length — these cannot be added together or ranked (Ep. 36 caveat 5, Ep. 45 caveat 3).

(5) There was something we could not measure. As Episode 48 said, sensory beauty lies outside this series' tools — not measurable is not the same as not real. And "do not use in a verdict what you cannot measure" has been the practice since Episode 3.
